Process
Add olive oil, garlic, 10 habaneros and jalapenos, 8 Scotch bonnets, Thai chile peppers, and onions to a pan over medium heat. Cook all for at least 3 minutes.Then add 1/2 cup of the Cajun spice, cayenne, and crushed red pepper. Cook that for a minute. Pour into a blender and puree after it’s done cooking. the puree can be put in the refrigerator to cool.
