The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Nelson, a craftsman, was summoned on July 10, 2019, on a charge of homicide, as opposed to Section 221 of the Criminal Law of Lagos, 2011.

While being questioned by barrier counsel, Mrs. E. B. Ogogo, Patience said that however she was not in the loft when the supposed homicide occurred, she realized it was her sibling who submitted the offense since she saw him with bloodstains on his garments.
Ogogo noticed that in Patience's two articulations to the police, she said that she presumed that her sibling submitted the homicide yet never said that she saw him escaping the scene.

Reacting, Shobade stated, "Truly, it is conceivable."
As indicated by the arraignment, Nelson submitted the offense on Sept. 18, 2015, at Block 272, Flat 4, Abesan Estate, Lagos State.
The indictment said that the respondent was 33 years of age when he purportedly dedicated the homicide.
