The Magistrate, Mr. Matthew Akinyemim, condemned Fayemi without a choice of fine, NAN reports.
Akinyemi indicted and condemned Fayemi following his blameworthy supplication to a two-check charge of intrigue and taking, just as the realities of the case.
He said that the sentence would fill in as a hindrance to crooks.
Prior, the Prosecutor, Insp. Abdulkareem Mustapha told the court that the respondent and others everywhere dedicated the offenses on Dec. 31, 2019, at Goro Garage, Ijoko, Ota.
Mustapha said that the charged and his assistants contrived to take the Bajaj bike with enlistment number AGL 438 QH, having a place with the complainant, Mr. Ismail Ibrahim.
"The respondent was trapped in the demonstration by a carefulness bunch in the territory which gave him over to the police," he said.
The investigator noticed that the offenses repudiated Sections 390(9) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.
