Eze, who is a live-in-admirer of the kid's auntie, is confronting a charge of genuine attack to which he argued not blameworthy.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. F.A. Azeez, requested that the respondent be remanded in a Custodial Center pending receipt of the therapeutic report on the kid's condition.
She deferred the case until January 30 for the additional conference.
Prior, the Prosecutor, Inspector John Ibrahim, told the court that the respondent submitted the offense on Christmas day at 6:00 p.m. at Ikorodu, Lagos.
He said that the respondent cut and denoted the hands of the 15-year-old kid with a blade, asserting that the kid supposedly took his HTC android phone.
Ibrahim said that the respondent delivered genuine wounds on the kid's wrists, including that he was still in the clinic.
He said that the offenses negated Sections 172 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015, which stipulates three years detainment for the genuine attack.
