The plane is worked by minimal effort Pegasus Airline, reports The National, a UAE paper.
Pictures from the scene saw crisis vehicles encompassing the plane, which was obviously stranded on the grass beside the runways.
All takeoffs from the air terminal have been suspended, while the episode is managed.
The DHA news organization detailed travelers were cleared by crisis slides.
Istanbul senator's office said there were no passings or wounds and every one of the 164 travelers was securely cleared, as per DHA.
A few arranged flights have been dropped and appearances have been occupied to different air terminals.
The PC747 flight left Sharjah at 5.15am and landed in Istanbul on schedule. Tempests and substantial downpour have influenced the city and transportation since Sunday night.
