Sharon – who is 46 years of age – got emotional as she revealed she was pregnant with partner Paul Fletcher's baby earlier this year, during her slot with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on the ITV sofa, where she usually discusses all things television soaps and spoilers.
The television personality – who is not married to Paul – revealed she was 14 weeks pregnant in January 2018, but has now welcomed a baby girl, which she has named Betsy Fletcher.

She wrote: "Note to self: do not stand next to beautiful slim Hayley from Love Island when 8 1/2 months pregnant. #cankles."
A day later she revealed she was in a breastfeeding class, sharing an image of a baby doll, she wrote: "Breastfeeding class. Does this baby look hungry to you?"
However, she is still doing interviews on This Morning with Phillop Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
Sharon got emotional and said: "I'm about to cry, I swore I wouldn't do this. I'm pregnant, I'm probably going to say everything wrong.
I'm a bit emotional, I'm really happy – these are happy tears!"
She then confirmed she is expecting to give birth in July of the same year.
The This Morning presenter shared her baby scan with her 101K followers on Twitter.
She simply captioned it: "Thank you so much for your lovely messages, Paul and I are beyond happy."
However, Sharon did reveal his reaction to the baby news, she said: "He is really really happy, he is thrilled. We can’t wait, we are just so happy."
Sharon was previously married to Bruce Davidson – who she tied the knot with in September 2010 – the couple met on a night out and he was in the Household Cavalry, however, Sharon has always remained quiet on their split.
