INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 cup / 8-ounce liquid milk or plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Nuts, for serving and garnishing, optional
- Chocolate Chips, for serving and garnishing, optional
METHOD
- Combine the banana, milk and cocoa powder in a blender; blend for some seconds or until smoothie is completely smoothie. Check with a spoon for chunks ( and blend again if you find any).
- If you didn’t use frozen bananas, then chill smoothie in the fridge for some minutes before serving.
- Serve in a cup and garnish with your favourite nuts and some chocolate chips.
