The Federal High Court has commenced its annual holiday on July 9, while the holiday would end on Sept.14.
Mr Emmanuel Gakko, the Chief Registrar of the Court, in a circular issued in Abuja, said that the court would resume sitting in every legal division on Sept. 17.
Gakko said that the circular, legal counselors and disputants were instructed to observe with respect to the dates for the court holiday as no court would sit amid the period.
Judges Nnamdi Dimgba and Babatunde Quadri, would sit as holiday judges to take care of critical applications, for example, matters of basic human rights.
The court for the most part gives half a month of get-away to permit legal officers take some time off to revive and get ready for the new legitimate year.
