The Supreme Court of Nigeria has recently conveyed a milestone administering maintaining the Judgment of the High Court of Rivers State which invalidated all congresses held by the APC in Rivers State.
The Court Ruling on an Appeal by 22 Rivers APC Chieftain who were denied assignment shapes called dout the Party for proceeding to direct a congress in an outrageous negligence to the Order of the High Court.
'How might they solicit and be allowed a stay from the execution of a request they egregiously resisted? The court does not exist to favor the defiance of the individuals who do no respect and regard it" the court ruled.
