The helper, Anthony Usoro, a senior exceptional partner to the senator on statistic arranging, surrendered on October 25.
He didn't express his purpose behind leaving the administration.
Mr. Usoro, in his abdication letter, expressed gratitude toward the senator for giving him the chance to serve in the organization.
He is the seventh among the helpers that have so far surrendered from Mr. Emmanuel's organization.
The vast majority of the associates left the organization after Godswill Akpabio, a powerful congressperson and previous legislative leader of the state, dropped out with Governor Emmanuel and abandoned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the restriction All Progressives Congress (APC).
One more of the senator's associate, Anietie Ebe, who surrendered in September in view of "absence of essential work devices", had revealed to PREMIUM TIMES that more individuals would almost certainly relinquish the organization before the 2019 general races.
"Much more different assistants of the representative are upsetting to clear out. They are just holding tight to get their pay and would almost certainly leave towards the finish of the senator's residency.

Representative Emmanuel is looking for re-appointment for a second term in 2019.
His principle challenger is the APC's competitor, Nsima Ekere, who is the overseeing chief of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Political examiners in the state have anticipated an intense fight between Governor Emmanuel and Mr Ekere in the imminent decision.
