Shock As 3,000 APC Members Decamp To PDP In Ondo

No less than 3,000 individuals from the decision All Progressives Congress in Ondo State on Tuesday surrendered to the Peoples Democratic Party, as per Punch. 


So also, around 2,000 individuals from the recently shaped Zenith Labor Party in the state have additionally deserted to the PDP. The occasion occurred at the PDP secretariat in Idanre town in Idanre Local Government Area of the state. 

The pioneer of the turncoats from the APC, who is likewise the gathering pioneer in the Idanre Local Government, Mr. Lanre Olurakinse, said the APC in the state was being run like an occultic gathering. 

He said he and different deserters chose to leave the APC on the grounds that the gathering had not had any important effect on the lives of the general population of the state. 

He stated, "The APC needs interior majority rules system, that is the reason they are factionalised. Respecting the turncoats to the gathering, the PDP director in the state, Mr. Merciful Faboyede, who was spoken to by the PDP executive in Idanre LGA, Mr. Bolu Ogunmolu, said the umbrella of the PDP was sufficiently wide to suit more turncoats.
