Owan-Enoh represents Cross River Central Senatorial District within the National Assembly.
Announcing the result on Tues in Calabar, Mr. Ali Magaji, Chairman of Electoral Committee, said that Owan-Enoh scored a complete of 82,272 votes out of the 101,212 votes solid.
He said that mister Edem Duke, a former Minister of Culture and business enterprise got 7,367 votes whereas the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Mr Usani Usani had one,778 votes.
