Pat Utomi Emerges Delta APC Guber Candidate In Parallel Primary

Political financial specialist, Prof. Pat Utomi was, on Monday, announced victor of the Delta State governorship essential for the All Progressives Congress (APC), directed by the Cyril Ogodo-drove state official board.
