The Ambassador of Nigeria in Doha, Qatar, Amb. Abdullahi Wase is dead, as per a report by Punch.
An announcement discharged in Abuja on Saturday by the representative, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tope Elias-Fatile, said Wase, a non-vocation minister from Plateau State, had been debilitated for some time until his demise on Friday night.
The late emissary would be covered in Doha at 7.00pm (neighborhood time) today.
"The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, got the news of his demise with stun and implored that God concedes his family and the country the courage to hold up under the immense misfortune," the announcement included.
