Buckingham Palace announced: “Mrs Michael Tindall was safely delivered of a baby girl on 18th June, at Stroud Maternity Unit. Mr Tindall was present at the birth. The weight of the baby was 9lbs 3oz.
"The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Mike’s parents, Mr Philip and Mrs Linda Tindall, have been informed and are delighted with the news. The baby’s name will be confirmed in due course.
"This baby is the second child for Zara and Mike, the fourth grandchild for The Princess Royal and the seventh great-grandchild for The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh."
The couple already have a four-year-old daughter, Mia.
Zara and Mike announced they were expecting their second child in 2016, before sadly suffering a miscarriage.
The royal couple met in 2003 and announced their engagement in 2010, before getting married in 2011.
Zara is 17th in line for the throne and an olympic British equestrian, while Mike is a former rugby player for England.
Mike and Zara Tindall both attended Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding on Saturday 19 May, 2018.
However, Mike revealed that Zara was eight and a half months pregnant and struggling with her dress for the big day in an interview with Magic Breakfast’s Ronan Keating and Harriet Scott.
He very sweetly said of his wife's pregnancy problem with the Royal Wedding: "Obviously it’s not easy being 8 and half months pregnant so there have been a few re-fittings. She looks beautiful anyway, she always does."
