The party also said it would resist the move that the former Director General of Audu/Faleke Campaign organisation, Mr Daniel Isah, be made the new state chairman of the party, adding that such decision without due consultations with stakeholders was tantamount to imposition.
In a communiquĆ© from the party stakeholders’ meeting held at the ADC state secretariat in Lokoja, yesterday, and read by Dr. Odekina O. John, the members held that the move was to please Faleke who contested as deputy governor on the platform of the APC during the 2015 gubernatorial election.
According to them, a member of another party who had not decamped from his party could not be made the chairman of ADC in the state, saying that would amount to an unconstitutionality and aberration.
