The 14-year-old star is said to have left the social media platform after being bombarded with memes featuring images of Millie containing multiple homophobic slurs.
According to reports, the images suggest that Millie made these remarks when she hadn’t.
The images have made Millie, who is an advocate for anti-bullying, delete her account which boasted millions of followers.
The memes started when the hashtag #TakeDownMillieBobbyBrown started on social media in November 2017.
The hashtag was created when a fake account falsely claimed that the English actress had "snatched her hijab" at an airport.
It comes after Millie deleted a photo of herself kissing boyfriend Jacob Sartorius because of the amount of attention the image received.

The photo was taken from afar – but there is no mistaking that the teenage sweethearts are smooching on the beach.
But some were surprised by her post, with singer Ariana Grande teasing the star beneath the image.
“I wasn’t even allowed to leave my house til I was 20," she quipped. Jacob also shared and then deleted the photo, but neither teenager has revealed why.
