With the impending birth of another baby girl, to join Helen's daughter Matilda Jessica Sinclair, many fans are guessing what name she is going to give her newborn baby.

In fact, some of Helen's 611k followers on Instagram think they've worked out the little one's moniker before she's arrived.

Sharing a cake on her grandmother's 90th birthday, Helen revealed her name was Nancy, and many pointed out it could be a choice for Helen when it comes to her newborn.

Commenting, one fan wrote: "That's a fab name for your new daughter, if you haven't already picked one."

Matilda's second name is a tribute to Helen's sister Jessica, so it's clear she likes to keep it in the family, but what else has Helen said about baby names?

Speaking exclusively to OK! magazine, Helen revealed they were struggling with a baby name.

She said: "Our boy’s name is sorted, but when it comes to girls, Matilda is our favorite name. So we’re thinking, what will we call her?!"

But Helen admitted they had worked out the name as soon as they found out the gender.

Helen explained: "We have found a name. I like traditional names but it’s quirky too

"I don’t know anybody who has a daughter with the name we’ve picked."
