Identified as a 19-year-old man named Patrick de Oliveira, he was burgling the home while other people where in the back garden. A woman, believed to be the wife of the house owner, arrived and parked a bicycle against the garden wall.

A young man suddenly bursted out of the house and ran towards the woman, but her husband who was reportedly in their bedroom noticed and not seen in the clip, shot him dead.

Although Police have since arrested the home owner and he is being investigated for homicide, it is reportedly not certain that charges will be pressed.
