Texas's Dickinson struggles in the wake of Hurricane Harvey

 Thousands of people are stranded in their homes in the US state of Texas, which is struggling to cope with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

One of the worst hit areas is Dickinson, just south of Houston. And people are using all means possible to help those in need.
