Buhari, in an announcement by his representative, Mr. Femi Adesina, in Abuja on Wednesday, joined the country in petitioning God for good wellbeing and quality for Jonathan to continue serving the country.
The President cheered with family, companions and political partners of the previous president, praising him for good insight to pioneers inside and outside Nigeria since he left office, sharing his experience of serving at various degrees of administration.
As indicated by him, the previous President's inheritance of lowliness and nationalism will keep on resounding, moving ages to come on the penances made for the security of vote based system and advancement of practical improvement.
The President wished the previous President and his family more long stretches of blissful festivals.
