Uber initially lost its permit in 2017 because of security concerns, however, it was allowed a 15-month expansion.
The firm says it will advance against the choice and can keep on working during that procedure.

"While we perceive Uber has made enhancements, it is unsatisfactory that Uber has enabled travelers to get into minicabs with drivers who are possibly unlicensed and uninsured."
