Melaye was reacting to Oshiomhole's comment that every one of the 16 representatives that deserted from the gathering close by previous Senate President, Bukola Saraki have all been rebuffed.
The APC National Chairman, who talked while talking with State House reporters after a gathering with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja a week ago had said every one of the representatives has been sacked from the senate.
Oshiomhole had likewise announced that Melaye would be vanquished during the rerun political race in Kogi State.
Responding, Melaye focused on that the APC National Chairman can't decide the result of the beneficial political race to be directed by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Including on Channels TV, Melaye stated: "The verbal loose bowels by the Chairman of APC bragging that 16 us left the APC and I am the just one standing and in only days, he said I will leave the Senate; I need to state that is human decision yet there is a God decision.
"My seat won't be empty, I will keep on being a representative of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the beauty of God in the following four years.
"I won that political decision and we have our pink duplicates of all our unit results. These have been classified and plainly, I won that political race and Smart Adeyemi, in his great inner voice, realizes that I won that political decision."
