Buhari decided in Abuja while tending to 2019 All Nigeria Judges Conference of Superior Courts.
The President expressed, "I will exhort that the meeting should, in its considerations, think about how to make a productive structure for the proposed Special Crimes Courts or the critical assignment of existing courts as unique courts with capable and tenable legal officials so as to expel managerial bottlenecks in the legal procedure."
A State House explanation by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, said Buhari told the legal officials that he knew about the difficulties being looked by the legal executive, including that he had talked about the issues with the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko-Muhammad.
He talked further, "The administration has been focused on various equity part changes, for example, a survey of surviving laws and institution of new laws that will improve the lives of Nigerians.
"Also, we have worked intimately with the Chief Justice of Nigeria to guarantee that legal budgetary allotments are improved in perspective on the necessities of the legal executive.
"I have firmly upheld the expansion in the number of judges at High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court so as to lessen the weight of the work put on legal officials. I will keep on doing as such."
The President told the judges that he was chipping away at reconstructing the nation's economy by drawing in remote speculation, battling debasement and uncertainty.
He asked the judges to help the endeavors of the organization in such a manner.
He stated, "Financial advancement must be supported in a climate of the standard of law where equity is ensured.
