In a letter dated October 17 routed to the representative, Yari said he is qualified for N10 million month to month as upkeep remittance, however, that he has just been paid twice since he left the office.
Yari said the law which accommodates the privilege of previous governors, representatives, speakers and agent speakers were altered in March and that it ought not be truncated.
"I wish to modestly cause you to notice the arrangement of the law on the above topic which was revised and consented to on the 23rd of March 2019," he said.
"The law gives, among different privileges of the Former Governor, a month to month upkeep recompense of Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000) just and a benefits proportionate to the compensation he was getting while in office.
"In like manner, you may wish to be educated that since the termination regarding my residency on the 29th of May, 2019. I was just paid the upkeep remittance twice i.e for the long stretch of June and July while my benefits for the period of June have not been paid.
"As the law gives, the benefits and upkeep recompense are not in the class of benefits that can be truncated with no legitimate explanation, henceforth, the need to demand you to generously coordinate the settlement of the absolute overabundance of the annuity and upkeep as given by the law.
"While saying thanks to you most genuinely for the foreseen positive activity, if you don't mind acknowledge my high respects and regard."
In the wake of the ongoing criminal surges in Zamfara, Bello took steps to capture Yari for purportedly supporting the assaults in the state.
