The arraignment counsel, A.A. One, told the court the litigant drove his Toyota Sienna on the Lagos Park in Zuba and thumped down a motorcyclist with his traveler.
He included that one Mrs. Shafaú Abdullahi, the traveler, supported wounds because of the mishap and was hurried to Living Rock Hospital Zuba for therapeutic consideration.
The indictment claimed that the casualty of the mishap (Abdullahi) passed on November 6 while getting treatment for the wounds continued in the mishap.
The indictment said the expired has since been covered by Islamic rights.
The litigant argued not liable to the charge.
The guard counsel, V.O. Object, applied for his customer's bail, as per Section 162 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) and Section 36 subsection five of the 1999 constitution.
He included that the litigant was at that point on police authoritative bail and encouraged the court to practice its caution for the respondent.
The indictment counsel didn't protest the bail application.
Officer A.A. Illelah conceded the litigant bail in the whole of N1million with two sureties in like total.
He requested that the sureties must include a sensible location inside the ward of the court.
Illelah dismissed the issue till January 13, 2020, for hearing.
