An Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) witness, Bashir Mohammed told Justice C.J. Aneke that he conveyed the money to Obasanjo for the benefit of his "dear companion" Babalele.
Babalele is on preliminary for purportedly washing $140,000 in the development to the 2019 general decisions.
The EFCC charged him on two includes illegal tax avoidance in August.

Under questioning by the resistance counsel, Mike Ozekhome (SAN), Mohammed certified that he composed an announcement at the EFCC office during the examination.
