Court Disqualifies APC's Bayelsa Deputy Gov Candidate

As indicated by a report by Punch Metro, the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday excluded the Bayelsa State agent governorship applicant of the All Progressives Congress, Biobarakuma Degi, from taking an interest in the inevitable Saturday, November 16, 2019 governorship survey in the state. 


Equity Inyang Ekwo said this while conveying judgment in the suit checked FHC/ABJ/CS/1101/2019 organized by the Peoples Democratic Party and others.
