The Judge said that the solicitor and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the possibility for Bauchi Central, couldn't demonstrate his case that the APC applicant, Jika Dauda Halliru was not able to challenge the political race.

Representative Halliru however his Senior Legislative Aide, Barrister Abdulrasheed Barau said that the judgment was not sudden and it has demonstrated that the individuals of Bauchi Central have spoken with one voice.
