Shehu Sani Remains Kaduna Central Senatorial Candidate, APC Insists


Indicated by the News Agency of Nigeria, the National body of the All Progressives Congress has said that Senator Shehu Sani remains its solitary senatorial competitor from Kaduna Central.

Another hopeful, Usman Ibrahim-Sardauna, was said to have anchored just 129 votes. 

Nabena, in any case, emphasized that "To the extent, Kaduna Central Zone 2 is concerned, the main applicant is Senator Shehu Sani. 

"Indeed, decision occurred in that zone due to the House of Representatives and the State House of Assembly; with respect to the senatorial position, nonetheless, the main competitor is Senator Shehu Sani.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the APC home office had declared Senator Shehu Sani as the main competitor that was cleared to challenge the Kaduna Central senatorial seat for the 2019 races.
