Last Friday, the Brazilian plastic surgery addict underwent a painful eight-hour follicle hair transplant at the Beverly Hills Hair Restoration clinic in LA, making it his fifty-ninth procedure. He reportedly paid £19,000 to go under the knife with the hope to look more 'feminine' and younger.
The TV personality detailed the in-and-out of the painful procedure and showed his blood-soaked hairline in series of photos after the transplants.

Rodrigo who first underwent a hair transplant in 2015, had another 3000 follicles inserted, after a minor top-up last year.

Speaking to MailOnline after the surgery, Rodrigo admitted his main aim is to 'look younger' which he plans to achieve with more feminine features.

He said: 'The aim, for now, is to make me look younger. I don't think that I look like a masculine guy, and once my new hair grows I will be more delicate looking.'

He went to explain that he embarked on a 'quick fix' because his hairline had started to recede due to the dye.

'There is a saying which states that blondes have more fun. Since going blonde I have got lots of attention from guys and girls, but after bleaching my hair I started to lose it from my hairline.'

'I guess that it happens with most people when they bleach their hair but being myself, I always try to find a quick fix.'

So far, Rodrigo Alves has spent a whopping £400,000 on numerous surgery over the years,
