The charge read, "That you, Marvelous Agu, at some point in July, 2019, at No. 5 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Abakaliki, inside the Abakaliki Magisterial District, did, while professing to forecast, unlawfully had waterway information on a 21-year-old young lady, along these lines submitting an offense."
The safeguard counsel, E.O. Ekuma, applied for the bail of the litigant.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Nnenna Onuoha, said the issue was past the locale of the court and declined the bail application.
Onuoha coordinated that the denounced be remanded in the Nigerian Correctional Center, Abakaliki, while the case record ought to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions for lawful exhortation.
