APC Suffers Heartbreak As Supreme Court Delivers Judgment On Bayelsa Governorship Review

The Supreme Court has expelled an application for survey of the judgment which sacked the governorship up-and-comer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa state, David Lyon and his agent, Senator Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo. 


Giving its decision on Wednesday, Justice Amina Augie said the application needed legitimacy and the choices of the court are conclusive. 

She added that the candidates neglected to bring up blunders, expressing that the judgment is last for all ages. 

The zenith court judge said the judgment is last in the 'genuine sense' and no court on earth can survey the judgment. 

"There must be a conclusion to case regardless of whether we survey this judgment, each repelled disputant will bring comparative applications and the certainty of Supreme Court decisions will be lost." 

She included that the applications are paltry and vexatious, and granted the expense of N10 million against the candidates to be by and by paid by their guidance. 

Equity Augie included that the direction of the APC and Mr Lyon are to each pay Governor Douye Diri, his delegate Mr Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo and the PDP the equivalent N10 million.
