The First Information Report acquired by City News shows that the complainants, Pamela Egemonu and Onyegah Jennifer, detailed the proprietor to the Karu Police Station that the landowner planned with her guardian, Benjamin Atolagbe and three craftsmen; Gilbert Ejiofor, Abel Christopher and Joseph Godwin, to trespass into their condos at FHA Karu, Abuja and evacuate their material sheets and different pieces of the structure.
The complainants further detailed that the activity of the litigants caused danger, frenzy and dread to them and other relatives in the compound.
The arraignment counsel, Adeyanju Ayotunde, told the court that during police examination, it was uncovered that the activity was with aim to commandingly launch the complainants without lawful support.
He said that the respondent is charged on four check charges of joint act, criminal trespass, criminal terrorizing and naughtiness which contradict segments 79, 348, 397 and 327 of the Penal Code Law.
The Judge, Anas Isa, allowed the respondent bail in the aggregate of N800,000 with two sureties, one of who must be a government employee of evaluation level 12 or more and deferred the case till March, 18, 2020.
