Nigerians Lament As Anthony Joshua Storms Nigeria, Gets 'Special Treat' For National ID

The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) got under the skin of Nigerians after it distributed photographs of British-Nigerian fighter Anthony Joshua enlisting for the Nigeria national personality card. 


"Anthony Joshua selects for National Identification Number and gave his NIN slip," NIMC tweeted late Tuesday. 

The commission posted photographs of the world heavyweight champion during enrollment. It additionally gave Joshua the slip following enlistment. 

The consistent enrollment and issuance process for Anthony Joshua isn't a similar encounter for many Nigerians. 

Since the dispatch in February 2003, the procedure has been defaced with specialized, manual and regulatory issues.
