Update: Togolese Cook Who killed Chief Ope Bademosi Arraigned in Court For Murder, Remanded in Prison

Sunday Anani, the 22-year-old Togolese cook who has since admitted to killing his supervisor, Chief Ope Bademosi, at their home in Parkview bequest on Wednesday, October 31st, was yesterday November twelfth summoned before an Igbosere Chief Magistrate Court in Lagos, on one tally charge of homicide. 


The Lagos state police in the charge sheet expressed that Anani, with the end goal to ransack his manager wounded the, expired to death with a kitchen cut. 

The offense asserted to have been carried out by the denounced, is in opposition to segment 222 and Punishable Under area 223 of the Criminal laws of Lagos State 2015. 

The Police Prosecutor, J.I Eboseremene told the court that he had an application to remand the suspect in jail authority under segment 115, of the organization of criminal equity law and 264, of the organization of criminal equity law 2015.
