Robbers Invade Calabar University Teaching Hospital, Disappear With Babies

As per a report by Punch Metro, some equipped burglars on Sunday night supposedly attacked the pediatric unit of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital and stole three new conceived infants and some money.
 

The looters, numbering around 10, additionally allegedly stole cell phones and beat up the medical attendants on obligation and in addition, nursing moms and pregnant ladies in an activity that onlookers said went on for under 10 minutes. 

A nursing mother, Mrs. Helen Eteng, said the occurrence did not last up to 10 minutes.

There is so much taking going on. Guests are never again controlled. Individuals troop into the wards with no check. Many, including hoodlums, come in the pretense of being patients' relatives. 

"Healing facility properties are stolen every now and again, while the power supply is a major test in the clinic, in light of the fact that the diesel and generator parts are stolen much of the time by the laborers and outfitted thieves."
