An unidentified man supposedly surged out from a bank in Lagos and stripped himself unclad. 


It is indistinct what prompted the stunning episode which many have ascribed to mental awkwardness. 

This caused a scene in the region as the grown-up male laid on a motorable street and crashed vehicular developments.
