Bild cited observers saying the line occurred among Ribery and Guillou, who works for the BeIN Sport channel, on Bayern's group transport following the match.
The records say 35-year-old Ribery hit Guillou multiple times in the face before pushing him in his chest.
The paper said Bayern's brandishing chief Hasan Salihamidzic affirmed the episode.
"Franck Ribery educated us of a fight with his comrade Patrick Guillou, whom he has known for a long time. We have consented to meet face to face to talk about how to put this issue to bed," he said.
The newspaper said Ribery, who is yet to score in 15 amusements this season, was incensed by Guillou's negative remarks amid the match.
Ribery's significant other Wahiba had sent the winger a message on Instagram saying Guillou was "exceptionally tiring and pointless".
