Court Affirms Termination of 2 Protea Hotel Workers’ Employment

The National Industrial Court, Abuja, on Friday asserted the end of work of two Protea Hotel laborers, as legitimate. 


The petitioners, Michael Benson, and Ede Felix moved toward the court looking for an announcement that fair treatment was not followed at the end of their business. 

The petitioners similarly needed a presentation by the court that the end of their business was illicit and off-base.

The judge said the petitioners neglected to make reference and delicate their terms and states of work under the steady gaze of the court was deadly to their case.

Haastrup said the respondent was not in break of the terms, consequently the end of work of the inquirers can't be said to be unlawful and illicit. 

Bart Ogar, the petitioners' guidance had in his accommodation said fair treatment was not pursued as the litigant ruptured the terms of understanding.
