Chimamanda Adichie Bags Humanitarian Award on Hunger

Chimamanda Adichie, Award-winning Nigerian creator, has been deliberated with a philanthropic honor at the 2018 Action Against Hunger Gala. 


The Action Against Hunger Humanitarian Award is given to people and companies that have made noteworthy commitments to the philanthropic field. 

Adichie was given the honor by CEO of the association, Andrea Tamburini, in New York. 

Yearly, several Action Against Hunger's most devoted supporters meet up for a night of motivation, trust and to consider Action Against Hunger's central goal to spare the lives of youngsters around the world. 

Other past Humanitarian Awards beneficiaries incorporate Anderson Cooper, Tyco International, The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and its Director-General Dr. Jacques Diouf, Visa, Procter and Gamble, and Wall Street Journal columnists Roger Thurow and Scott Kilman. 

Adichie was as of late respected with the Special Distinction for Thought Leadership grant by the Global Hope Coalition.
