The Presidency had protected the move saying it is an ordinary 'routine hunt', however Senator Ben Bruce has slammmed the central government for the move to supposedly threaten the presidential competitor of the Peoples Democratic Party.
'Atiku has been flying all through Nigeria with his private fly. Never has this attack by the military occurred. The Presidency said this is a standard exercise. Well if this was daily practice, it would have happened each time Atiku flew into Nigeria. Be that as it may, it just barely occurred,' Bruce tweeted.
