Aiyegunle, who lives at Odediran region of Iyana-Iyesi in Ota, is confronting a charge of assault.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Chudu Gbesi told the court that the charged submitted the offense on Oct.17 at around 10.30a.m at his habitation.
Gbesi said that the charged assaulted a multi-year-old young lady (name withheld).
He said that he blamed was gotten in the representing submitting the offense by his neighbor, who detailed the case at Onipanu Police Station.
Gbesi said that the offense repudiated Section 360 of the Criminal Code Vol. 1, Laws of Ogun, 2006.
The blame, nonetheless, argued not blameworthy to the charge.
The Senior Magistrate, Mr. G. E. Akan, allowed safeguard of N200, 000 with two sureties in like entirety.
Akan said that the sureties must dwell inside the court's purview and be beneficially utilized with the proof of expense installment to Ogun Government.
The case was suspended until Nov. 5 for further hearing.
