The expired, distinguished as Owai a.k.a 'Sanctuary' was among the cops sent to anchor Osun governorship decision a month ago.
He was purportedly shot dead by the officer distinguished as Theophilus with police number 410022.
Owai who is from Adim Baise neighborhood government region in Cross River State, allegedly called his relative on that portentous day and guaranteed to return home for a visit after the Osun decision, however, he was killed over a question that needed to do with cash.
The sibling of the expired is currently looking for equity from the Nigeria police over the supposed homicide.
