The News Agency of Nigeria, (NAN) reports that Justice Taiwo who passed on the sentence said he had been merciful with the convict. 

The suit stamped FHC/AD/17c/2017 was between the Attorney General of the Federation and Olubunmi. 

Guidance to the AGF, A. Oyewole told the court that Mr. Olubunmi had before undermined to post naked photos of his ex, Monica, on the online life here and there in 2017 when the woman disclosed to him she was never again inspired by their relationship.
