Anyaka is confronting a three-check charge verging on resolute harm and risk to life.

As per Police Prosecutor Adegeshin Famuyiwa, the denounced submitted the offenses on Oct. 20 at Nichemtex Estate, Baiyeku in Ikorodu at 8.00 p.m.
Famuyiwa told the court that the charged set fire to his dad's home which consumed the windows and garments.
He additionally debilitated to murder his dad, Mr. Patrick Anyaka with a perilous weapon.
The offenses negated Sections 56, 341 (an) and 350 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015 (Revised).
Area 56 gives one-year detainment to undermining viciousness while Section 341 stipulates seven years for pyromania.
The case was suspended until Nov. 15 for realities and sentence.
