The solicitors, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and its applicant in the Ekiti July 14 governorship decision, Prof. Olusola Kolapo had moved toward the council to challenge the result of the decision.
The respondents in the suit are the All Progressives Congress (APC), Governor Kayode Fayemi and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The observer, Aborisade Abolarin, who filled in as a surveying unit specialist for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in the July 14 decision, expressed this while being interrogated by the insight for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Chief Charles Uwensuyi-Edosomwan (SAN).
Inquired as to whether his mark was the one on the Form for Polling Unit 005, Ward 9, Moba Local Government Area of the express, the observer expressed that it was not his mark.
