The Commission made the promise Wednesday, after Justice Olusola Williams of the Special Offenses Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, struck out the instance of misrepresentation it organized against Chukwuma.
The Judge struck out the case after the EFCC neglected to deliver Chukwuma in court to confront preliminary.
Chukwuma and his organization, Innoson Motors Nigeria Limited, were to be summoned on a four-tally charge of intrigue to get by misrepresentations, getting by falsification, taking and fraud.
The respondents purportedly dedicated the offenses among 2009 and July 2011 in Lagos.
The respondents were affirmed to have plotted to get, by misrepresentations, compartments of cruisers, save parts and crude materials, the property of Guaranty Trust Bank, from Mitsui OSK Lines Limited, Apapa, Lagos.
