According to The Mirror, Peter said: "[Junior and Princess] have gone, and will go through tough times in their lives. But no matter what, Emily and I will always provide a stable home for them.”
He added: “People can read into that how they like.”
Peter, who is married to wife Emily MacDonagh, 28, has previously admitted to having a strict routine with Junior and Princess.
Confirming this, the 42-year-old said: “Junior had an exam last week and when we were in Cyprus, I made sure he revised every day before I let him play.”
He continued: “I think any parent who doesn't have their children all of the time will have a sense of worry.
Since the end of her marriage to Kieran, 40-year-old Katie has publicly moved on with her new man, Kris Boyson.
And it appears that Kris is already settling in to the family, even helping her 16-year-old son Harvey to embark on a drastic weight loss programme.
