The 28-year-old Geordie Shore beauty - who dropped from a size 16 to a size 8 - displayed her slimmed down figure in her scoop-neckline one-piece that teased at her cleavage.
She drew attention to her taut midriff by wrapping a matching narrow waist belt around her while enjoyed a stroll up the sun-drenched beach.
Her skimpy swimwear featured a high-thigh cut silhouette which flaunted her slender pins and pert derriere.
The MTV beauty teamed her saucy ensemble with a number of silver necklaces while her brunette locks were softly tousled in the sea breeze.
Her trip comes after Sophie flaunted her hard-earned results by sharing a before and after snap via Instagram of her newly-toned physique on Wednesday.
The brunette can be seen modelling a sports bra and leggings, with her back and waist noticeably slimmer in the after snap.
Addressing her 1.6million followers, Sophie shared: 'No more back boobs!!!! Not only was I carrying boobs on my front I was also carrying some on my back!
'Something that used to really get me down I used to actually grab it and just wish it would p*** off! Months down the line I no longer have my back fat or back boobs! My waist got smaller my bra size went down and my posture changed!
'I also suffer from a right elbow fracture and I cannot extend my arm as you can see it is always bent, but with training and slimming down it extends a lot more than it used to!'
